Macduff Profilers produce CNC profiled carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium for all types of industries such as Marine, Construction, Oil & Gas and Energy/Renewables.
We hold a large stock of plate ranging from 1mm to 150mm in carbon steel (mainly S355 J2+N), Hardox up to 60 mm & G10/MLO up to 60mm. All plate is fully traceable and sourced mostly from western European mills. For the Marine sector we hold a large range of Lloyds approved ship building steel with 3.2 certification.
Profiling equipment includes oxy/plasma for plates up to 12m x 2.5m x 20mm with line marking facilities and oxy/propane with twin heads for plates up to 12m x 3m x 150mm.
We also have extensive fabrication facilities complete with all necessary services and overhead cranes which can produce all manner of fabrications in steel and aluminium.
A key feature of our business is our ability to respond quickly to your needs and we run a daily service to Aberdeen and the surrounding areas with our own fleet of HGVs.
